Video 1: Car Levitating in China
On the weekend, a video has been talken about of a strange event that was taped by traffic cameras in China, where you can see how 3 cars levitate and then collide.
As usual, media just tells us part of the story in order to create expectation and sell. This tim, they made up a story out of a car accident. The complete footage went around all Chinese local channels, but it was international media which distorted the information.
On the original footage we can see that the car accident was caused by an electricity cable lying on the street. A street cleaning lorry passed on the opposite side of the electricity pole and the cable entangled in its brushes, and when the lorry turned around the cable was tensioned and lifted, which caused that the cars passing around the cable were also lifted.
